    Thank you for shopping with APOCALYPSE. We take pride in our curated collections of women’s apparel. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to keep our prices competitive, we operate under a strict No Return/No Exchange policy , except in specific cases of damage or defect.

1. Final Sale Policy

All items in our Women’s Apparel collections—including dresses, tops, the Knit-Kore Edit—are Final Sale. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned, or exchanged for a color, style or change of mood.

2. Quality Assurance

Every garment undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality check before it is dispatched to you. We ensure that zippers, stitching, and fabric integrity meet our luxurious brand standards.

3. Sizing Disclaimer

To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself accurately or contacting our support team at apocalypsestore39@gmail.com for styling and fit advice before completing your purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the highly unlikely event that you receive a physically damaged product or the wrong item, we are here to help.

  • Reporting Period: You must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be unedited, starting from the opening of the sealed courier package to the point where the defect is clearly shown.

  • Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will offer a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, a store credit  will be initiated.     

  •  5.Cancellation

  •  Once the order has entered the "Processing" stage or has been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
