Shipping policy

We offer two primary shipping tiers designed to balance speed and affordability depending on your location and urgency:

• Standard National Shipping (All India)

  • Cost: ₹99.00 per order

  • Coverage: All over India

  • Delivery Timeline: 3 to 5 business days from the date of order.

• Express Delivery (Delhi Only)

  • Cost: ₹149.00 per order

  • Coverage: Strictly applicable within Delhi .

  • Delivery Timeline: Next-Day Delivery (guaranteed for orders placed before cutoff).

  • Eligibility: Automatically enabled at checkout based on your Delhi pincode.

2. Order Cutoff and Processing Times

• Processing Windows: All orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

• Delhi Express Cutoff: To qualify for next-day express delivery in Delhi, your order must be successfully placed before 4:00 PM. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day and delivered the day after.

• Dispatch Notification: Once your package leaves our center, an automated email and SMS notification containing a tracking number and courier details will be issued.

Please Note: Delivery timelines are calculated based on regular business days. Occasional transit delays caused by regional holidays, extreme weather events, or dynamic logistical anomalies are outside our direct control, though we work proactively to minimize them.

•  Free Shipping: We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders above ₹1999. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.

• Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your order is shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. Do not accept the package if the seal is broken or the box is visibly damaged.
